Panic Attack Album

The Panic Attack project is a conceptual grunge album by the fictional band Psycho Nurses. The album explores themes of anxiety, panic attacks, and mental health struggles, by capturing the chaos and intensity of these experiences. The artwork for the album is a visual representation of its themes. Initially created as a painting, the artwork was digitally altered to add layers of distortion, texture, and colour shifts, embodying the overwhelming and fragmented feelings often associated with anxiety.
